Test → standard → scaling

There is no one package at a fixed price: budget is calculated for the GEO, the source, the volume and the target metrics. So instead of a rate card there is a projection for your case, shown before work begins.

Format 01

Test Campaign

A hypothesis check on a limited budget: one or two GEOs, two or three sources, the minimum volume at which the numbers stop being noise.

  • The goal is data, not payback: which sources produce deposits and which only registrations.
  • Tracking and event forwarding are set up before the start, otherwise there is nothing to read afterwards.
  • The output is a list of what scales and what gets shut off.
Format 02

Standard Campaign

Regular buying against an agreed media plan: several sources, a volume plan and a target cost per deposit for each GEO.

  • A media plan broken down by source, GEO and week — before any spend.
  • Reporting in the same breakdown, so plan and actual read as one table.
  • Sources are swapped as the campaign runs, inside the agreed budget and without renegotiation.
Format 03

Scaling

Growing volume on what has already worked. A separate stage, because scale always raises cost — the question is by how much and up to what ceiling.

  • Expansion by GEO and source while holding the target cost per deposit.
  • The volume ceiling is calculated in advance: every source has one, and hitting it on paper is cheaper.
  • A share of the budget continuously tests new sources, otherwise growth stalls on a single channel.
How to choose

The format is decided by the number of unknowns

Not by budget size: with money but no data you still start with a test. State where you are and the format follows.

01
Test Campaign

The product has not run in this geo

More than two unknowns: source availability, landing page conversion, cost per action. A test closes them in two to four weeks.

02
Standard

The funnel works, volume is what is missing

The data exists; the question is how much traffic is available at the target price. A media plan across several sources and a weekly plan.

03
Scaling

The price holds, we are hitting the ceiling

Growing volume always raises the price. A separate stage, because every source has its own ceiling and it is calculated in advance.

Questions

What gets asked at this step

We need results yesterday+

A plan with a budget — in two days; first placements in 7–10 days. Faster only from those who sell off-the-shelf inventory without creator selection.

The budget will be spent with nothing to show+

Media runs as a separate line at cost with no markup. A creator who misses deadlines or quality is replaced at our expense — it is in the contract.
