Responsible gaming and AML
What we require of the product, audience and creatives before the first placement, and what we do ourselves. Six rules that are part of every media plan by default.
01Licensed products only
An operator without a licence for the country of serving, or without an offshore licence where one is accepted, does not make it into the media plan. The licence is checked against the document before the first placement.
02Audience age
Targeting 18+, and 21+ where the law requires it. Creators and channels whose audience is under the threshold per platform data are not booked, even if the reach is cheap.
03No promises of winnings or returns
Creatives carry no “guaranteed”, “risk-free”, return percentages or win amounts. It is a requirement of platforms, regulators and our own: such videos live longer and cost less.
04A responsible-gaming link
Landing pages and apps that receive the traffic include limits, self-exclusion and help contacts per the country’s requirements. Without them the placement does not launch.
05KYC and AML on the client side
We neither accept nor process deposits: user verification and source-of-funds control are the client’s procedures. We request their description before launch and account for the KYC pass rate in the report.
06Who we do not work with
Products without a licence where one is mandatory; moderation-evasion schemes; return promises; pyramid schemes disguised as tokens; operators that do not answer a request about KYC procedures. We decline before payment, not after.
